This camera has 420TV lines of resolution and total pixels for NTSC of 537 horizontal and 505 vertical, therefore providing for a crisp, clear image. This product is equipped with the Sony HAD technology exclusive to quality Sony products. It has an electronic shutter that operates at 1/60 ~ 1/120,000 sec for NTSC, and Electronic Gain Control (EGC) and Back Light Compensation (BLC) that is switchable to either on or off. The power supply is DC12V 1V/150 mA, it has an operating temperature of -10° C to 50° C, and operational relative humidity of 85 percent. This camera can operate with any standard security or surveillance video system and can be mounted on a wall or post.
Night Vision:
This high performance outdoor dome security camera with a night vision of 40 feet is manufactured with a .05 Lux rating. A rating of .05 allows a security camera to actually see better than the human eye at night. This day/night dome security camera is perfect for applications where there is ample light for regular color operation during the day but not at night. It automatically senses the change in light level and switches to infrared imaging when the light is inadequate for color imaging.
