Shipping Policy
Sun Security guarantees shipment of all in-stock orders within 24 hours from the time the order is received or from the time of payment verification (unless specifically noted on the product page). If for some reason your order can't be shipped with 24 hours you will be notified. In most cases, any in-stock order received by 3PM EST is shipped the same day (exclusive of weekends and holidays). Should a case arise where the product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you via email to inform you of the delay. However, under normal conditions you should receive your product 2 to 4 business days after it is shipped. At checkout you can select expedited shipping, i.e. Next Day, 2nd Day, etc. We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS and reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice if in our experience it will get the goods to your destination more quickly. If you absolutely need a specific carrier to deliver your goods please notify us in the order comments or email customerservice@sunsecurity.com.
For our international customers, please contact our customer service via email at customerservice@sunsecurity.com for a shipping quote. Make certain that you include all pertinent shipping information such as the name of your city and country. In addition to the shipping charges, customers will also be responsible for all customs and brokerage fees where applicable. International customers should be aware that international orders are subject to delays beyond the control of Sun Security, such as increased shipping time, your particular governmental regulations, and Customs service agencies policies.
