Payment Methods
Sun Security accepts the following credit card payments: American Express, Visa and MasterCard, and Discover Card. Customers may also choose to purchase through Google Checkout, or Paypal. Should you experience any problems during the checkout process, please contact our customer service professionals at 800-689-6650 for assistance.
Payment Verification
For your protection, all credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank and credit card orders shipped to an address other than your credit card billing address may require additional verification. Sun Security reserves the right to contact you by email or telephone to request additional information.
Phone or Fax Orders
Should you feel uncomfortable transmitting your credit card number and other information over the internet, we suggest you contact us directly to make your purchase over the phone with of our customer representatives at 800-689-6650. Please have the name of the product, item number, and item description available in addition to the necessary credit card information.
Sun Security also accepts orders by fax. Please fax a copy of your shopping cart contents to our customer service professionals at 718-923-0351. Processing a faxed order requires the following credit card information: the credit card number, the cards expiration date, the 3 digit security code located on the back of the card for VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card transactions, and the 4 digit security code located on the front of the card for American Express transactions. We also require the correct billing and shipping address for the cardholder, and a verifiable telephone number. We will charge your credit card manually for your total purchase amount.
Sales Tax
Sun Security is located in the State of Florida. We are currently bound by Florida Law to collect the legislated sales tax of 6% for all orders shipped to any Florida address. For customers located in all other states there will be no sales tax collected.
