Returns
If you need to return an item for repair, replacement, or refund, please contact us to obtain a RMA or CA number. For repair or replacement, email us at techsupport@sunsecurity.com and for refunds contact us at customerservice@sunsecurity.com. A RMA or CA must be obtained prior to returning any product for repair or refund. We accept returns for repair for the duration of your warranty period. Refunds are accepted for up to 30 days from the date you receive your product providing they meet our return policy. If you need further information about returns or refunds, please review our entire policy regarding either on our website.

Shipping
We ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase (weekends, holidays, and any days not serviced by major shipping companies excluded, and certain special order products, description will tell you the anticipated shipping date). If for some reason there we can not ship within 24 hours you will be notified. When you check out you will be presented with a list of carriers and prices. You can select your carrier and service type. Note if based upon experience we know that a certain carrier will get the goods to your destination more quickly than the carrier you selected we reserve the right to substitute carrier & type of service. If you absolutely require a certain carrier or service type please tell us in the order notes or by emailing us at customerservice@sunsecurity.com.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are dependent on the distance from the warehouse from which the goods are delivered and the carrier and service type you select. Most orders shipped ground service will arrive within 2-4 days. Please contact us if you require the exact delivery date.
No Minimum Order Requirement
Sun Security has no minimum order requirement. If you are in the market for a single camera, a cable, connectors, a DVR Card, a power supply, or replacement parts, feel free to contact us. Sales Tax
Sun Security is located in the State of Florida. We are currently bound by Florida Law to collect the legislated sales tax of 6% for all orders shipped to any Florida address.
Warranty
All our products carry a one year warranty from date of purchase, unless a specific exclusion is listed on the product page. If something goes wrong during the warranty period (damage caused by customer excluded) please contact us for instructions on sending it back to us for repair or replacement.
