the United States of America:
We only accept credit cards from customers located in the United States or Canada. Any orders placed from outside those two countries must be paid for by bank wire transfer. Please contact us for wiring instructions & shipping charges.
Customer is responsible for all shipping & customs charges. Orders to Canada will ship for free, however there is a USD 35 non-refundable handling charge.
All our cameras conform to the NTSC television standard. Since all our PC DVRs are set to the NTSC standard cameras will display fine on those systems, thus if you use our PC DVRs to display your cameras you will not have a problem. Cameras may not display properly however if hooked directly to your television if it uses the PAL standard.
All power equipment is designed for 120V and North American style power outlets. Customer is responsible for any adapters/transformers that may be necessary.
We are not responsible for any confiscation by customs in your country. Customer assumes all risk for confiscation by customs. If items are returned to us by customs, customer will be responsible for charges to reship.
