Night Vision Cameras for Parking Security

A rising security issue for any business that has cars parked on its lot overnight is the theft of the catalytic converters from the autos by those looking to make a quick dollar. Thieves are coming in with cutters and quickly removing the converters on every car on a lot within minutes costing the lot owner thousands in damages to the cars and placing many claims on insurance policies which will only end up going up in premiums from the loses. Those at risk include airport-parking facilities, car repair shops, and even car dealerships. The best way to fight this theft is to install a night vision surveillance system to cover the areas in which the cars are parked for the night and post signs warning the area is under surveillance. Generally most thieves are camera shy and will choose to head on to the next target as opposed to being filmed breaking the law. If you have cars parked at your facility whether company vehicles or autos which belong to clients, you should take steps to protect your assets from this rapidly spreading theft by installing a business security system before you become yet another statistic in the theft of catalytic converters.
